Tennessee Valley BEST utilizes over 75 volunteers from Auburn University, Calhoun Community College, local citizens, civic groups, companies, the State Department of Education, and other entities to serve as either judges or event personnel.

You don’t have to be an engineer or have a science degree to judge. The competition has several components that anyone can judge. And judging is great fun, rewarding, and inspiring (you’ll be amazed at what BEST students will create)!

NOTE: on both forms are “due dates.” While we want volunteers to sign up by the deadline, we also know that this doesn’t always happen. So, we will find a job for you regardless of when you submit the form!
